Excellent Fire Performance

Our rubber foam insulation is approved by BS476 standards. You can choose Class 0 or Class 1 according to requirements. It is self-extinguishing and produces no drips under fire tests according to ASTM D635-91.

Low Thermal Conductivity

The rubber foam serves as a smart choice for energy efficiency, offering thermal conductivity ratings of ≤0.034 W/m.K to reduce temperature transfer effectively.

Eco-Friendly & Safe

Free of dust and fiber, completely CFC-free, with low VOC emissions. It supports no fungal or bacterial growth, ensuring safety and compliance inside clean air environments.

Easy Installation

Thanks to the high flexible performance of elastomeric rubber foam, it easily bends around complex layouts and irregular pipes. It can be easily cut to size, saving labor time and extra materials.

Custom Colors Available

We provide custom color choices including red, blue, green, grey, yellow, and more. This options adds clean aesthetic appeal and makes distinct pipe lines easier to identify for maintenance.
