The insulated pipe is made of NBR and PVC. It doesn't contain fibrous dust, benzaldehyde and chlorofluorocarbons. Moreover, it has low conductivity & heat conductivity, good moisture resistance, and is fireproof.
The insulated pipe can be widely used in cooling units and equipment of central air conditioning, freezing water pipes, condensing water pipes, air ducts, hot-water pipes and so on.
The insulated pipe not only can be easily installed with the new pipeline, but also can be used in the existing pipeline. The only thing you need to do is to cut it, then glue it. Moreover, it doesn't have negative influence on the performance of the insulated pipe.
The wall thickness ranges from 6mm to 50mm, and the inside diameter is from 6mm to 89mm.

The insulated pipe is manufactured using a high-quality blend of NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) and PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), ensuring excellent performance without containing fibrous dust, benzaldehyde, or chlorofluorocarbons.
According to the technical testing standard GB/T 17794-1999, the insulation pipe is capable of operating efficiently within a temperature range of -50°C to 110°C.
The material achieves Class 0 and Class 1 ratings when tested against BS 476 Part 6 & Part 7, alongside meeting a 25/50 Flame Spread and Smoke Developed Index under ASTM E 84 standard.
The insulation features a very high water vapor permeability resistance factor (μ value ≥ 10000) and achieves low water absorption (20% by volume under ASTM C 209), ensuring long-term dry performance.
