China This kind of insulation tube pipe is made by NBR PVC Supplier, Factory

This kind of insulation tube / pipe is made by NBR/PVC. The tube foam is made by special craft foam and feels very soft. We can supply rubber foam products according to clients' specific requirements in terms of shapes, colors, hardness levels and other features. Nominal wall thicknesses of 1/4”, 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″,1″, 1-1/4”, 1-1/2″ and 2” (6, 9, 13, 19, 25 , 32, 40 and 50mm). Standard Length with 6ft (1.83m) or 6.2ft(2m).

Product Description

1. Splendid Surface

Nitron-Bubble NBR/PVC insulation material has flat and even surface without obvious goffer. Under pressure, it appears symmetrical skin-like wrinkle, which takes on noble and top grade quality.

2. Excellent OI Critical Value

Nitron-Bubble NBR/PVC insulation material requires high oxygen index, which makes it great fireproof capability.

3. Outstanding Smoke Density Class

Nitron-Bubble NBR/PVC insulation material has quite low smoke density class as well as low smog thickness, which provide good action when it is burning.

4. Agelong Life In Heat Conductivity Value

Nitron-Bubble NBR/PVC insulation material has long-term, stable K-value, which guarantee long life span of the products.

5. High Moisture Resistance Factor

Nitron-Bubble NBR/PVC insulation material has high moisture resistance factor, u≥15000, which makes it a strong ability in anti-condensation.

6. Firm Performance in Temperature & Anti-Aging

Nitron-Bubble NBR/PVC insulation material has excellent capability in anti-ozone, anti-insolation and anti-ultraviolet, which ensures long life span.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What are the key benefits of using NBR/PVC insulation material?

This NBR/PVC material offers exceptional moisture resistance (u≥15000) for anti-condensation, high fire safety (Class 0 & 1 ratings), low thermal conductivity, and superb resistance to ozone, aging, and ultraviolet exposure.

What is the operating temperature range for this insulation?

The material performs reliably within a temperature range of -50°C to 110°C, conforming to GB/T 17794-1999 test standards, which makes it suitable for diverse industrial and HVAC systems.

Does this insulation material meet fire safety regulations?

Yes, it features excellent fire retardant capabilities, achieving Class 0 & Class 1 fire ratings under BS 476 Part 6 & 7 standards, alongside a Flame Spread/Smoke Developed Index of 25/50 per ASTM E 84.

How does the thermal conductivity change with temperature?

The thermal conductivity (K-Value) remains low and stable over time: ≤0.030 W/(m.k) at -20°C, ≤0.032 W/(m.k) at 0°C, and ≤0.036 W/(m.k) at 40°C, ensuring energy efficiency.

Is this insulation resistant to environmental factors like U.V. and fungi?

Yes, it has been tested to show high resistance to fungi (ASTM 21), excellent ozone resistance (GB/T 7762-1987), and outstanding durability against direct weathering and U.V. rays (ASTM G23).
