Wholesale cryogenic elastomeric foam rubber thermal insulation sheet roll Manufacturer, Factory

Kingflex Cryogenic products are designed to meet the demands of low-temperature environments. And it is can reduce the risk of corrosion under insulation, and mimimise the time needed for installation. It is suitable for temperatures to -183 °C. It is designed to meet the demands of low-temperature environments and is suitable for use in the oil and gas industry. This insulation solution provides exceptional thermal performance, reduces the risk of corrosion under insulation (CUI) and minimises the time needed for installation.

Product Description

King flex flexible ultra-low temperature insulation system belongs to the multi-layer composite structure, is the most economical and reliable cooling system. The system can be directly installed under the temperature as low as -110°C on all piping equipment when the surface temperature of the pipe is lower than -100 °C and the pipeline usually has obvious repeated movement or vibration.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q1: What temperature range is the Kingflex ULT insulation system suitable for?

A1: The Kingflex ULT insulation system is recommended for operating temperatures ranging from -200 °C up to +125 °C, making it highly effective for extreme cryogenic applications.

Q2: How does the system handle structural movement and vibration?

A2: The system can be directly installed on piping equipment even under temperatures as low as -110°C when the surface temperature is below -100 °C, especially in setups where pipelines undergo repeated movement or vibration.

Q3: What are the key structure features of Kingflex ULT?

A3: It features a multi-layer composite closed-cell structure with a high closed-area percentage of over 95%. This configuration provides excellent thermal resistance and minimizes moisture penetration.

Q4: Does the insulation system help prevent corrosion under insulation (CUI)?

A4: Yes, the multi-layered design and low moisture permeance significantly minimize the risk of moisture ingress, which is the primary cause of corrosion under insulation (CUI).

Q5: Is the insulation installation complex?

A5: No, the system is designed for ease of installation. It requires fewer seams to provide a faster and more secure installation, adapts easily to awkward shapes, and reduces the use of hazardous components.

Q6: What standards does Kingflex ULT comply with for thermal conductivity?

A6: The thermal conductivity performance of Kingflex ULT is tested and measured in accordance with recognized international standards, including ASTM C177 and EN 12667.
