Wholesale Dienes elastomeric Insulation For the Cryogenic Systems Factories, Pricelist

Main material: ULT alkadiene polymer; LT:NBR/PVC Color: ULT Blue; LT Black. Temperature range:-200℃ to +200℃

Product Description

🛡️ No need moisture barrier
❄️ Flexible down to -200℃ to +125℃
🔄 No need the expansion joint
Low thermal conductivity

These are flexible, closed-cell, rubber foams based on dienes rubber. Flexible elastomeric foams exhibit such a high resistance to the passage of water vapour that they do not generally require additional water-vapour barriers. Such high vapour resistance, combined with the high surface emissivity of rubber, allows flexible elastomeric foams to prevent surface condensation formation with comparatively small thicknesses.

Frequently Asked Questions
❓ What is the operational temperature range for these elastomeric foams?
The ULT Grade operates within an extreme temperature range of -200°C to 125°C, while the LT Grade is suitable for temperatures from -50°C to 105°C.
❓ Do these insulation foams require an additional water-vapour barrier?
No, these flexible closed-cell rubber foams exhibit high resistance to the passage of water vapour, which generally eliminates the need for additional moisture barriers.
❓ How do the foams prevent condensation?
The high vapour resistance, paired with the high surface emissivity of the rubber, prevents surface condensation from forming even with relatively thin insulation profiles.
❓ What is the cell structure of the material?
Both the ULT and LT Grades feature a closed-cell structure with a high percentage of closed areas exceeding 95%, based on ASTM D2856 testing.
❓ What standard roll sizes are available?
Standard options include 3/4" (20mm) thickness at 10 × 1 meters (10㎡ per roll), and 1" (25mm) thickness at 8 × 1 meters (8㎡ per roll).
❓ Are these materials chemically neutral?
Yes, they have a pH value of ≥8.0 as tested per ASTM C871, indicating a non-corrosive nature that protects underlying metal pipes.
