Our rubber insulation rolls are available in various thicknesses ranging from 1/4" (6mm) to 2" (50mm). We offer three standard roll widths: 1m, 1.2m, and 1.5m, with lengths configured to provide optimal coverage area per roll.
What is the operating temperature range for this insulation material?
The insulation material is designed to operate safely and effectively within a temperature range of -50°C to 110°C, making it highly versatile for dual-temperature systems.
How fire-resistant is the rubber insulation?
The product achieves a Class 0 & Class 1 fire rating according to BS 476 Part 6 and Part 7 testing, and has a Flame Spread and Smoke Developed Index of 25/50 in compliance with ASTM E 84 standard.
What is the thermal conductivity of the material?
The thermal conductivity values of the insulation sheets are exceptionally low: ≤0.030 W/(m.k) at -20°C, ≤0.032 W/(m.k) at 0°C, and ≤0.036 W/(m.k) at 40°C, ensuring high energy efficiency.
Does this insulation prevent water absorption and moisture build-up?
Yes. The material features high moisture resistance with a water vapor permeability rating of ≤0.91×10⁻¹³ Kg/(m.s.pa), a diffusion resistance factor (μ) of ≥10000, and a water absorption rate of ≤20% by volume.
