Wholesale Kingflex insulation tube is a black, flexible elastomeric foam tube Supplier, Factories
Kingflex insulation tube is a black, flexible elastomeric foam tube used to conserve energy and prevent condensation on piping applications. The tube closed cell properties create exceptional thermal and acoustic insulation, protect against moisture penetration and provide the best solution for applications within a -50℃ to +110℃ temperature range.
Normal wall thicknesses of 1/4”, 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″,1″, 1-1/4”, 1-1/2″ and 2” (6, 9, 13, 19, 25 , 32, 40 and 50mm).
Standard Length with 6ft (1.83m) or 6.2ft(2m).
Also meet the world’s most rigorous fire safety standards, greatly improved the safety performance of the materials, applicable to all kinds of ventilation ductwork.
Cooling
High soft degree, easy installation, applicable to the condensate pipes systems, cold media quality system in the fields of the insulation.
Air conditioning
Prevent condensation produce effectively, help air conditioning system to improve efficiency and create a more comfortable environment.
The insulation tube is made by soft material with good anti-bending performance. It is widely used for many kinds of tubes heat insulation such as household air conditioners, automobile air conditioners and solar energy waterpipe and so on.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the temperature range this insulation tube can withstand?
The insulation tube operates effectively within a temperature range of -50°C to 110°C, as tested under the GB/T 17794-1999 standard, making it suitable for both heating and deep cooling applications.
What are the primary applications of this insulation material?
It is widely used for thermal insulation in household air conditioners, automobile air conditioners, solar energy waterpipes, ventilation ductwork, and condensate piping systems.
Does this insulation material meet fire safety standards?
Yes, it achieves Class 0 and Class 1 fire ratings according to BS 476 Part 6 & 7. It also has a Flame Spread and Smoke Developed Index of 25/50 under ASTM E 84, and an Oxygen Index of ≥36.
How does the material prevent condensation?
With a water vapor permeability rating of ≤0.91×10⁻¹³ Kg/(m.s.pa) and a high resistance factor (μ ≥ 10000), it forms an effective barrier against moisture penetration to prevent condensation on cold media lines.
How resistant is this insulation to environmental elements?
The material demonstrates excellent resistance to U.V. rays, ozone, weathering (tested via ASTM G23 & GB/T 7762-1987), and fungi growth (tested via ASTM 21), ensuring high durability for long-term installations.
