Explore our core range of highly-engineered elastomeric nitrile rubber foam products optimized for modern building systems and extreme industrial processes.
Kingflex Insulation Co., Ltd. stands as a world-class manufacturing and trading integration specializing in high-performance thermal and cryogenic insulation solutions. Strategically situated in Dacheng, China—globally recognized as the capital of green building materials—our division excels in advanced material formulation, cutting-edge automated production, and rigorous product verification. By placing energy conservation and environmental stewardship at the forefront of our core values, Kingflex designs integrated systems that optimize thermodynamic control and prevent systemic energy losses. We offer complete cycle operations including expert thermal consulting, customized R&D formulations, high-speed automated extrusion, and installation guidance.
Founded by the Jinwei Group, which boasts a rich history spanning more than 40 years, Kingflex inherits an institutional legacy of engineering excellence. Established in 1979, Jinwei Group pioneered the thermal insulation industry as the very first insulation manufacturer located north of the Yangtze River. Decades of continuous adaptation to fluctuating market requirements and engineering developments have allowed us to scale production systems to high-volume capacities while preserving strict dimensional control and raw chemical integrity. Our history is a testament to sustainable development, reliability, and technical innovation.
We believe that material expertise requires both automated systems and highly trained specialists. Our organizational framework operates via a highly cohesive division of labor: a specialized R&D department staffed with 8 elite thermal dynamics engineers, 6 international customer support representatives to coordinate complex cross-border logistics, and a production force of 230 dedicated workers. This multi-layered collaboration guarantees that all customized profiles and structural requirements undergo rigorous engineering validation before moving to factory extrusion lines.
A deep dive into closed-cell structures, thermal conductivity coefficients, and vapor diffusion metrics that define industry performance limits.
Kingflex elastomeric Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) and Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) co-polymer insulation foam is engineered using a proprietary gas-injection thermal extrusion process. By vulcanizing and foaming the raw co-polymer mix under precise atmospheric pressure, we create a closed-cell matrix containing over 98% non-connecting microscopic nitrogen gas cells.
Unlike open-cell materials or fibrous insulations like rock wool, this configuration functions as an integrated, continuous vapor barrier. Moisture is prevented from migrating into the core insulation layers, avoiding the degradation of thermal resistance over time. The water vapor permeability coefficient is exceptionally high ($\mu \ge 10,000$), ensuring the thermal conductivity ($\lambda$) remains virtually constant even in high relative humidity environments.
For engineering design, preventing condensation is paramount. When warm, humid air contacts cold piping systems, condensation can occur, leading to metal oxidation, corrosion under insulation (CUI), and structural rot. The installation of a low-conductivity material like NBR/PVC sheets reduces energy loss while keeping the outer insulation boundary above the dew point of the ambient atmosphere.

Maintaining strict product quality through standard compliance, continuous batch verification, and accredited laboratory certification.
Our state-of-the-art testing equipment constantly records batch metrics like thermal expansion, compression recovery, flame spread indexes, and smoke generation. With 8 specialized engineers in our R&D division, we continuously refine the material chemistry to achieve lower $\lambda$ values and enhance standard performance profiles.
Kingflex products comply with all major international codes. Our sheets and pipes have successfully completed the rigorous testing pathways for CE, BS 476, REACH, ROHS, UL94, and ASTM. These certified performance standards enable seamless project approval globally.
Currently, our five automatic production lines output more than 600,000 cubic meters of high-density elastomeric insulation per year. Designated as an insulation supplier by the Chinese Ministry of Energy and Ministry of Chemical Industry, we support high-volume industrial pipelines and large HVAC systems worldwide.
From cryogenic LNG storage systems to commercial HVAC setups, our materials are optimized to handle diverse ambient conditions.

Why procuring from Dacheng, China provides competitive pricing, stable supply chains, and technical performance advantages.
Dacheng is China's largest insulation material cluster. This geographical concentration integrates chemical formulation, raw material feedstocks, foaming agent synthesis, and custom packaging suppliers into a single, high-efficiency network. This localized structure minimizes transport costs and reduces lead times for bulk shipments.
Our facility features five automated production lines with computerized chemical dosing and temperature control. Minimizing manual labor limits human error during vulcanization, ensuring consistent cell structure, cross-sectional density, and precise dimensional thickness across production runs.
We perform batch-level validation on density, moisture permeation resistance, and flame spread parameters before dispatch. Our certifications, including CE, BS 476, and ASTM, simplify compliance checks for engineers and procurement managers during international inspections.
Transparent order updates and ongoing technical support build long-term trust with our global procurement partners.
"By providing digital quality verification, raw material traceability, and prompt logistical updates, we ensure international projects remain on schedule and under budget."
